System Reformat - $150

By means of severe virus infection or overtime usage and damage, Windows OS can become un-stable. When this happens, it is recommended to reformat your system and bring your computer back to "factory settings". This requires restoring the system using CDs provided at time of purcharse or, when available, utilizing the manufacturers' hidden hard drive partition that allows for system restore from within the computer. This service usually takes 1 to 3 hours.
